A couple in their twenties have been arrested for attempted murder after their three-month-old baby was rushed to hospital with serious injuries yesterday from Gloucester in the UK.
The boy is now in a ‘critical but stable condition’ at Bristol Children’s Hospital and the couple, believed to be the baby’s parents, are being questioned. Neighbours are in shock over what happened after the man, 26, and the woman, 20, taken into custody.
The family’s next door neighbour, who did not wish to be named gave their statement to the local police saying that they knew nothing about it until they got home at about 6pm yesterday and saw the police cars outside and the house premises.
