Buhari Sacks Head Of JAMB, 16 Other Education Agencies, Names Replacements

President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the appointment of 17 newchief executives of various parastatals under the Federal Ministry of Education.
The appointment is with effect from August 1, 2016.

A statement by a deputy director in the ministry, Benjamim Goong, said the new chief executives had been invited to meet with the Minister of Education, Adamu Adamu, on Tuesday.

Four heads of parastatals under the ministry were retained. They are Samaila Junaidu of Nigeria Educational Research & Development Council; Raaufu Adebisi of Nigerian French Language Village Badagry; Mas’ud A. Kazaure of National Board For Technical Education; and Muhammad Mu’az of National Arabic Language Village, Maiduguri, Borno State.
