Check out what he looks like now (L), compared to the photo from last December (R):

Ilsa Adu as pictured above is the daughter  – sorry, son – of the Nigerian-born British singer, Sade Adu.

He recently transitioned to a male, just about 3 months ago and now he’s celeberating his 3 months anniversary.

He took to his Instagram to share his latest photo alongside the feminine contrast from last December.

And he captioned the photo with a heartfelt note of how he is much happier.

He said:

Left: last Christmas Day (lol bellend) Right: this Christmas and 3 month on T. I can’t believe how far I have come in such a short period of time, I am proud of who I am and have never been happier. Don’t ever let anyone tell you who you are. Don’t ever let anyone tell you what you can or can not do. Be happy and love people for who they are #transition #change #oneyearapart#trans #selfmademan#proud #3monthson” she wrote

This comes weeks after Ila began medical transitioning into a man, and ever since, he has been mapping this interesting journey on social media.

Ila Adu, who is Sade Adu’s only child with American-Jamaican music producer, Bob Morgan, reportedly suffered gender dysphoria as a female, a condition where one psychologically and emotionally feels like the opposite of their biological sex. Now, he is much happier with being a man

Meanwhile, his mother Sade Adu has never spoken up since he began this journey.
