The Gold Coast of Ghana ushered in a new era over the weekend that saw the exchange of power between two presidents.

President, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo was sworn in and inaugurated at a grand ceremony that was heavily attended by big names across the African continent.

On Monday morning, the newly inaugurated national figure arrived at the Presidential Flagstaff House to resume into his new office.

The president who arrived at exactly 9 am first inspected the Guard of Honour mounted by the Ghana Armed Forces (GAF) before he was ushered into his office.
