As narrated by Ossai Ovie Success, a loaded tipper reportedly ran into a woman standing in front of her shop, crushed – grounded -her legs, forever depriving her use of one of her legs.

The driver was also reported to have ran off immediately after wrecking the havoc.

The accident happened today at Asaba, Delta State.
