The anti-graft agency this morning made the announcement on its Facebook Page. The post reads:

The public is hereby notified that ELFREDA LOLO SEKIBO

whose photograph appears below is wanted by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC)

Last Known Address: 26, Obagi Street, New GRA, Phase 1, Port Harcourt, Rivers State
Offence: Conspiracy, Forgery

Hmmmmmmmmm! Even those who declared her wanted are supposed to be charged for “Conspiracy” for describing her as “fair complexion” when the picture on display is not anything fair in complexion.
