Pastor Mike Agbahime, husband of the 75-year-old Mrs Bridget whose head was reportedly severed in Kano, has in an interview with Channels Television said that his wife was beaten to death by an angry mob and not decapitated as previously reported.
The dastardly act attracted heavy criticisms from several quarters including the presidency, Emir of Sokoto, religious groups (both Christian and Islamic) and human rights organisations. Two people have reportedly been arrested in connection to the crime.
The victims husband insisted that his wife was beaten to death and not ‘beheaded’ s it is was widely circulated.
