A 47-year-old doctor raped a young woman scheduled for an abortion. It has emerged.
According to Information gathered, the said doctor Gerald Mark Forbes informed the 20-year-old woman that she would need a mandatory medical examination to work at his clinic in the Bahamas, where he was alleged to have rubbed her vagina and masturbated before her as she was unconscious.
From the victims narration,it appeared that he drugged the alleged victim with a packet of Methotrexate, a drug used to induce abortions. About two week’s later,t he victim showed up and accused him of raping her during the procedure.
While giving his testimony,the doctor told the police as heard by the Grand Bahama Court that the claims were totally false and denies the allegations stated against him.The trial resumes at 11am on Friday.
