Senator Remi Tinubu representing Lagos Central has called in the Inspector General Of Police to beef up her security detail in fear for her life following her recent tussle with the ever so popular,Senator Dino Melaye.
Mrs Tinubu says Senate President Saraki failed to call Mr. Melaye to order during the incident. Saying that if it wasn’t for some colleagues,she would have been assaulted by Senator Melaye. In other words,she says she was “ganged upon” by the majority of her counterparts when Senator Melaye tongue lashed her constantly with insults.
After seeing Senator Melaye’s posts on Twitter on his recent trip to her home at Ikoyi,she immediately requested for additional protection in fear that she was be attacked by her colleague (Melaye) stating in a lengthy letter to the IGP a detailed summary as to what transpired between the two parties and what she believes the Koji State Senator may be capable of doing.
