Soccer Legend Pele Is Coming To Nigeria

Soccer legend Abedi Pele is expected in Nigeria in August! This is a big thrill for die-hard foot ball fans as the football god lands Lagos on the 11th for a two-day scheming football programme.

This would be the second time Pele would be in Nigeria,the first being in 1969 when his club Santos was touring African countries. His club played a friendly against our national team then stationed in Benin.

The match was so monumental that a cease-fire was declared so that the two parties at war-The Republic of Biafra and Nigeria could watch it.
