My Experience With Heritage Bank So Far
I won’t lie, I had my doubts when I wanted to open an account with Heritage Bank in my area because if the recent drama that have been happening in the dailies ” ah CBN did this, they did that”. I just didn’t want ‘sorry‘ to be my middle name.
Anyone can buy a bank, anyone can merge a bank too, but it takes rare talent to keep it running smoothly without much wahala.
Usually new generation banks take time to adapt to the public but surprisingly, Heritage Bank has been able to sync with the rapid change and wavelength of the current economy.
The truth is, working with Heritage so far has helped me make my money work for me. They advise, treat people with respect (I was looking round to see if it was just eyeservice) and I can testify to that till I’m being shown other wise.
When I did my investigations online, I found out some stuff that really tripped me. Like, I found out that the board of directors are more tech-forward than the usual tired looking MD’s of most of our other banks (I’m not mentioning o! Lol!)
I googled him once and saw him looking all dapper in his suit and bow tie. Looking young and fresh and quite frankly, he had this approachable look on his face. Though I haven’t met him personally, he seems like a nice boss to have around.
Sha….Let me stop beating round the bush. I had a very good experience with them yesterday and all I’m saying is “THUMBS UP HERITAGE“.
Sometimes it’s nice to be appreciate others when they treat people good.
Excellent customer service…Just excellent! Just giving credit where credit is due.
That’s an unprofessional PR write up. I read through wanting to know exactly what the experience of the writer was. I’m left worse than before I read the piece.
Whoever paid for that job should collect back the fee.
