What do I want from a bank?
Well for me o… I expect any bank i’m involved with should take me as a VIP.It should put me in control and empower my life especially when its time to make better decisions about my money.
Heritage bank is a that kind of bank that doesn’t really act like a bank at all. I believe money should work in sync with my life, work, and relationships and that is what it has successfully achieved in terms of customer and consumer relations.
Every time I enter any branch I always enter with the mind set of not expecting much but agas, Heritage bank always exceeding my expectations.
Take today being the first banking day of the Year, I expected huge crowds and all sorts but walahi I don’t know how these guys are able to keep the banking hall well controlled and organised.
I almost felt as if I was almost their first customers for the day but the cashier attending to me said a lot of customers had come in way be for me.
If that the only kudos I can give Heritage then they have won me over for good. Let me Stop here, my Account officer needs my attention.
