Iyanya Set To Snag Huge Deal With Jay Z’s ROC Nation

This could be that big giant leap for new Mavin Record’s artiste, Iyanya.

The gods of music are still smiling down on the Don Jazzy-led music group as Iyanya looks set to ink a new deal with legendary rapper, Jay Z’s ROC Nation. The deal is touted to be similar to the one Tiwa Savage signed just months ago in May 2016.

The ‘Your waist’ crooner gave an inkling to this development in a not -so-subtle way when he took to twitter to somewhat announce a partnership with the record label.

Tweeting “We #Up2Sumthin and it’s going to be groundbreaking!!! #TMC #MAVIN #ROC,” the 30-year-old Iyanya who is currently in the states shared a picture of himself in Roc Nation’ office, hinting that indeed something was cooking with the entertainment giant.

Tiwa Savage, the Mavins First Lady also inked a similar recording contract with Roc Nation way back in May 2016 and is becoming quite visible on the international scene with a scheduled performance at the 2017 Coachella music festival alongside international music greats like Beyonce and the rest.

Looks like things are moving along nicely for the Mavin artistes and if Iyanya’s contract is a done deal, then his move to Mavin must have been a well calculated one as it is reeling in a number of benefits for him, already.
