John Cena melted the hearts of many fans yesterday when he went on one knee and popped the question to Nikki Bella before thousands of wrestling lovers on WrestleMania night.
Cena and Bella had fought a tag team match with rival The Miz and his wife Maryse, and after the former won the tensed fight, the famous wrestler fashioned out a ring and asked Bella, who he has been in a relationship with for about 5 years, to marry him.

The engagement was Nikki Bella’s dream come true; the female wrestler had voiced that dream during the April 2016 episode of Total Divas.
“You guys, John finally told me on our three-year anniversary that marriage doesn’t bother him anymore, he wants to marry me, he wants to be married to me,” Nikki told her friends. “I want him next to me my whole life. I can’t live without him.”
It took a year coming, but the iconic wrestler and awards show host has done right by her, and on wrestling’s biggest night – WrestleMania 33.
