– He gave her the cheque in their Church yesterday where her birthday was marked
– He said the gift was in accordance with the bible passage which says husbands should love their wife just as Christ love the church
Warri, Delta state based Prophet Jeremiah Fufeyin of Christ Mercyland Church is making headlines again few weeks after he allegedly healed a man of erectile dysfunction.
This time around however, the prophet is in the news for gifting his wife the sum of N30,000,000 for her birthday marked in their church yesterday.
According to prophet Fufeyin, the huge monetary gift was in line with the bible verse Ephesians 5:25 which admonished men to love their wives just as Jesus Christ loved the Church.

Sacrifice is risking emotional pain
When you look at Christ’s sacrifice you understand that His death was not just an act of kindness. It was the pain of rejection when He entered our world to call us to Himself. Before we can begin to understand this concept we must recognize the motivation. We can never comprehend why God did what He did, but I think we can get a glimpse of the motivation which will help us as husbands see what our goal is supposed to be.

All shades of crassness…nothing surprises me anymore from these people. What exactly is the benefit of publicizing money given to one’s wife, in the midst of unprecedented level of poverty. Secondly, Where else did he get that kind of money without no visible source of income, obviously from the tithes and contributions from the sheeple.. Religion devoid of reason is the bane of the Nigerian society.
Love is a beautiful thing, most of those that commented against it can do more. If they have the means and a virtuous woman as wife.
