PDP Chieftain, Bode George, today described the death of his 42-year-old son, Dipo, as a devastating incident that has caused him great pain. Dipo died after a brief illness at a hospital in Lagos last week Thursday.
Speaking when he received the National Chairman of PDP, Prince Uche Secondus,who led other members of the National Working Committee, NWC, to his residence in Ikoyi on a condolence visit, George said Dipo was a son any father would be happy to have
”He was such a good person who was free with everyone and interacted with people. Dipo carved a niche for himself with his enviable accomplishments. He was passionate about the country and he constantly shared his thoughts about national issues. He was a child every father will be proud of. His demise is painful. ” George said
Meanwhile the wakekeep for Dipo will hold on Wednesday May 17th while his burial ill take place on Friday May 18th.
