The official commissioning of the long awaited edutainment television station, Hi-Impact TV was celebrated 29th May, 2018. The event commenced with brief green carpet and cocktail session.
It was graced by the creme de la creme of the society. Compered by popular comedian and Master of ceremony, Tee-A, the corporate event was a distinguished one as Solution Media and Infotech did well to bring their world class character as always.
The Managing Director of Solution Media and Infotech, Mr Adeyeloye Lipede welcomed distinguished guests and gentlemen of the press and Ms Victoria Odimba, AGM Corporate Communications adequately furnished guests with information as regards the quality of Hi-Impact TV programmes and the need for a world class station like that in Nigeria.
The Vice President was ably represented by Mr. Folorunsho Coker, Director General, Nigerian Tourism Development Commission, who gave a speech, stressing the importance of education and how the station would influence the system.
Other distinguished guests who spoke well about the station are Mr. Lampe Omoyele, Managing Director, 141 Worldwide and Mr. Joseph Ejiogu, Sales Manager of ViewSat, West Africa. Mr. Lampe discussed the benefits of the full HD TV Hi-Impact television has introduced to brands and television commercials.
Mr. Joseph Ejiogu also spoke about their partnership with the station to bring unrivaled edutainment in the quality that is second to none presently in Nigeria.
His Royal Majesty, Alake of Egbaland was the Royal father of the day, gracing the event with his presence as well as other chiefs to commemorate this great occasion with the management of the station.
The television studio was officially launched to begin 24 hours transmission from the 1st of June, 2018.
