Racist Man Sentenced To 20 Years For Calling Judge A Ni***er, And Multiple Threats To Murder Him (video)

A racist man from Florida has been sentenced to 20 years in prison after he threatened to murder a judge and wished death on a baby during his sentencing.

Alan Miller McCarty was sentenced to 20 years in prison on Wednesday for threatening Circuit Judge Stasia Warren and a pair of dispatchers. McCarty yelled profanities during the sentencing and had to be dragged out of the courtroom.

He called the judge a “f**king Ni**er” and told him to “such my d***”. The judge had to ask for him to be taken to a back room, and even then, he resisted as he was being carried out.

When he was brought back in, he continued to scream profanities.
