FG Charges Adeleke, 4 Others To Court Over Exam Malpractice
The Nigerian Government through the police, has charged Senator Ademola Adeleke(Osun West) and four others before the Federal High Court, Abuja over an alleged exam malpractice.
The Osun PDP Gubernatorial candidate, Adeleke who is to be arraigned on October 31 before Justice I. E. Ekwo, is accused in a four-count charge of fraudulently, through impersonation, registering as students of Ojo-Aro Community Grammar School, Ojo-Aro Osun State to enable them sit for the National Examination Council (NECO) examination of June/July 2017.
The exam malpractice lawsuit marked: FHC/ABJ/CR/156/2018 and filed in the name of the Inspector General of Police (IGP), Ibrahim Idris, has Sikiru Adeleke, Alhaji Aregbesola Mufutau (Principal of the school), Gbadamosi Thomas Ojo (school Registrar) and Dare Samuel Olutope (teacher) as defendants also.
This is coming after Adeleke was asked to report to the Special Investigation Panel alongside one Sikiru Adeleke, the Principal of Ojo-Aro Community Grammar School, Alhaji Aregbesola Mufutau, a worker who facilitated the registration of candidates for the National Examination Council in the school, Mr.Gbadamosi Ojo and a teacher who allegedly facilitated the crime, Mr. Dare Olutope.
