Jennifer Lopez is facing a big fat lawsuit by a photographer for posting his picture on Instagram. Though, she is one present in the snap.
So here is the full gist. Michael Stewart, a professional photographer, says he took this pic of Jennifer earlier this year.
According to the lawsuit obtained by TMZ, he licensed the pic to a website back in June only to later discover the shot was posted on her Instagram.
Michael is pissed because he claims Jennifer Lopez, nor anyone on her team, got permission to use his photo, so, he wants to get paid for his work.
Michael is suing Jennifer and her production company, Nuyorican Productions, for copyright infringement. That means he wants all profits she made from the photo, if any, or up to $150k in damages.
