Cherubim and Seraphim Unification Church of Nigeria ( the white garment church) met with President Buhari recently and has endorsed him for the second term.
The leader of the delegation, His Most Eminence, Prophet (Dr) Solomon Adegboyega Alao said they will not only endorse the President but they will pray fervently for the victory his victory.
He charged all the parishes to burn 1 million candles to pray for the president.
Buhari has earlier appreciated the church for their prayer for his government. He said while addressing the delegate that “I am very grateful for this visit.
“God will answer our prayers. With your prayers, we will go into the field and be victorious. Your good intentions and prayers are appreciated. This is what is expected of institutions working for God.
“It will encourage us to do more. We have no other country than Nigeria, and we must do the best for her. I said it more than a generation ago. Thank you for identifying with our objectives.”
