“Nobody Will Unseat Me” – President Buhari
President Mohammadu Buhari has in a new interview with CNN’s David Mckenzie, confidently stated that that nobody will unseat him in the upcoming election.
He expressed confidence in his reelection bid, after CNN’s David Mckenzie, asked what he thought about Jonathan’s fate befalling him in tomorrow’s election.
“No, nobody will unseat me,” he replied in a terse, confident tone.
The interview started with Mckenzie saying:
“Some people say that you do not have the stamina for another term, what is your answer?”.
The President answered confidently that he was sure to prove them wrong.
Mckenzie then continued: “So you’re ready to take this country forward for another four years?”
The President replied:
“Yea I am ready.”
He was also asked about the menace of Boko Haram terrorist in the country, to which he responded that the terrorist sect has been weakened. He highlighted that in 2015, the terrorist were holding 17 out of the 774 local government in the country, but today have none of those local governments under their control.
