Lady Gaga has proven her haters and naysayers wrong in the most incredible way ever after she was trolled and they said ‘she will NEVER be famous.’
It has been revealed that the ‘Shallow’ crooner has had to deal with trolls and bullies even before her career took off after a Facebook group created while she was studying at university has re-emerged. The Facebook page was hosted with her real name ‘Stefani Germanotta You Will Never Be Famous.’.
But now, the 32-year-old is having the last laugh. Not only is Gaga one of the most famous singers in the world having sold over 27 million albums and 146 million singles worldwide, she’s also just experienced her most successful awards season, taking home a Grammy, a Golden Globe, a Bafta and an Oscar, in the space of a couple of weeks.

Not too shabby from someone who will ‘never be famous’, right? Little wonder Gaga – aka an Oscar winner – became renown for her ‘one person in the room speech.’
‘There can be 100 people in a room and 99 of them don’t believe in you but all it takes is one and it just changes your whole life…”Gaga has been heard saying on several occasions as she received accolades for her remarkable performance in ‘A Star Is Born.’
She has also recently said she pays absolutely no mind to her trolls, and social media as a whole. In fact, during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live, she branded the whole thing a ‘toilet’.
‘First of all, social media, quite frankly, is the toilet of the internet and what it’s done to pop culture is abysmal,’ she told the host. I couldn’t agree more.
The Born This Way crooner was also forced to speak out over that steamy performance with A Star Is Born co-star Bradley Cooper at the Oscars, after fans were convinced they were secretly dating.
As they sang the duet Shallow on stage, they both sat at a piano and stared longingly into each other’s eyes, with viewers at home suggesting their on-screen chemistry had poured off screen. I honestly thought so too, that the chemistry begged to ask a lot of questions, but then again I remembered that Cooper was with Irina Shayk and the two have a daughter together. Gaga also was in a relationship with Christian Carino, whom she has now split with.
When asked about the rumours, Gaga laughed off the whole thing, and vowed they were simply acting.
Moral of the story is, pay no attention to naysayers, your dreams are valid.
