A crowd of people have been seen scooping diesel from a tanker that reportedly fell on Bonny Camp road in Victoria Island area of Lagos state on February 22.
They were seen gathered at the scene, siphoning diesel from the fallen tank with their kegs and other containers.
The crowd on the road has led to an increase in traffic congestion on the axis of the road.
