Twitter Users React As General Overseer Of RCCG, Adeboye Advises Single Men Not To Marry Women Who Cannot Cook
Pastor Enoch Adeboye of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, RCCG has charged bachelors not to marry a lady who cannot cook.
The man of God gave this advise to single men in a series of tweet on the micro blogging social networking site, Twitter on February 17.
Adeboye, inferred that a man cannot eat out all the time, hence the woman should know how to cook.
My sons, don’t marry a lady who cannot cook. She needs to know how to do chores and cook because you cannot afford to be eating out all the time.#EAA78 #LetThereBeLight3 pic.twitter.com/TgeGKRv9xQ

The clergyman also stated that men should marry women who know how to do home chores, as he further advised men against marrying women he termed “worldly.”
My sons, don’t marry a girl who is worldly. If you do, you have carried what you’ll worship for the rest of your life.

Some Twitter users expressed their opinion over the tweet, as some disagreed with the advise of the man of God while some opine that Pastor Adeboye’s advise is acceptable.
See some reactions below;
If u like, listen to Pastor Adeboye & don’t learn how to cook bcos u’re a man, u will die of hunger…I guarantee it.
Remain there and be looking for a cook…it’s not me u’re doing dear, it’s u.

People dragging Pastor Adeboye for saying “don’t marry a woman that CAN’T cook” are showing gross lack of logical reasoning.
You don’t need to attend Cambridge to know that “CAN’T and “DOESN’T” are not the same thing.
If you wanna be woke, at least have sense small na 🤦♂️

“Don’t marry a woman that can’t cook no matter how beautiful she is” – Pastor Adeboye.
“A man’s mouth is the pathway to his heart not sex”.
No matter how character deficiency a woman is, if she can cook like Chioma, her husband will always have reasons to forgive her. 😍

I understand where pastor Adeboye is coming from, but this is a woke generation.
We already said sharing of chores would be something. So if the wife can’t cook, the husband should be able to cook. Then maybe one day, she would learn.
You don’t have to drag this like gen.

I don’t know why ya’ll have a problem with what Pastor Adeboye said. It’s very obvious He is an Old Fashioned man. If we were to go by what the bible says, he is probably right. Cos if you think about it, the bible is a little patriarchal https://t.co/FU9IjcRwzC

What on the Earth’s fuckery is this?!
Anybody handling Pastor Adeboye’s Twitter should be sacked. You don’t have to always put the lack of progressiveness in his own thinking on the internet every damn time.
Do you even know your job??! What the actual fuck?! https://t.co/xgdKRPOiqO

When Pastor Adeboye says “my sons”, ask ya self are you a member of his flock? Are you his spiritual child, if no, why are you so bothered??? Let him advice his own, if it’s not for you, jump and pass my friends, I promise you won’t go to hell by facing your front.
