Covid-19: Lagos Reduces Number Of Persons Allowed At Gatherings From 50 to 20 Persons
The Lagos State reduced the number of persons allowed at social or religious gatherings from 50 to 20, a move necessary to enforce social distancing and mitigate against the spread of the global pandemic- Corona Virus.
The announcement was made this afternoon via the ministry of Information and Strategy.

This comes a few days after the Government announced an embargo on all religious and social gatherings of persons more than 50. Following the confirmation of 10 new Covid-19 cases, the number of persons allowed at gatherings has now being reduced to 20.
The earlier announcement of the 10 new cases brings the total number of confirmed cases to 22, two out of which have recovered and have been discharged.
