Just In: Nigeria Confirms 5 New Coronavirus Cases As Infection Spreads To Rivers

Nigeria has announced five new Coronavirus cases, as the total number of cases in Nigeria increases to 51.
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) announced this via its Twitter handle on Wednesday night, March 25.
The agency said one of those infected is in Rivers while Lagos and Abuja recorded two new cases each.
Five new cases of #COVID19 have been confirmed in Nigeria: 2 in FCT, 2 in Lagos & 1 in Rivers
3 are returning travellers into Nigeria & 2 are close contacts of a confirmed case

NCDC added that;
All the new cases have mild to moderate symptoms and are currently receiving care. Three are returning travellers into Nigeria and two are close contacts of a confirmed case.
As of March 25, Lagos has 32 Coronavirus confirmed cases, FCT 10, Ogun 3, while Ekiti, Oyo, Edo, Bauchi, Osun, and Rivers have one case each.
