Just In: Total Coronavirus Cases In Nigeria Increases To 131, As NCDC Announces 20 New Cases
The total number of Coronavirus cases in Nigeria has increased to 131 as Nigeria Centre for Diease Control (NCDC) announces 20 new cases on Monday night, it emerged.
Twenty new cases of #COVID19 have been reported in Nigeria; 13 in Lagos, 4 in FCT, 2 in Kaduna and 1 in Oyo State.
As at 09:00 pm 30th March there are 131 confirmed cases of #COVID19 reported in Nigeria with 2 deaths

In the breakdown of cases by states, Lagos which is the epicentre of the disease has 81 active cases, followed by Abuja with 25 cases.

Meanwhile, the director-general of NCDC, Dr. Chikwe, during an appearance on Channels Television earlier today, disclosed that NCDC has tested over 2,000 people and increased the number of laboratories in its network.
NCDC had earlier announced that it has increased the number of its testing laboratories from five to six, a figure expected to rise to seven today.
