Minister of Health, Dr Osagie Ehanire has confirmed that the person who had contact with the Italian citizen who brought Coronavirus into Nigeria has tested negative and ‘will soon be allowed to go home’.

Ehanire said this during a briefing with journalists on the case of Coronavirus in Nigeria.
The Minister added that the index case progress will be closely monitored till early next week when he is expected to be discharged too.
