Good News: 49 COVID-19 Patients Discharged In Lagos
A total of 49 recovered COVID-19 patients have been discharged from isolation facilities in Lagos.
The announcement was made on Wednesday by Lagos State Ministry of Health via its Twitter handle.
The ministry tweeted that 28 females and 21 males including a patient from Greece were discharged from the Infectious Disease Hospital (IDH), Yaba and the isolation centre at Onikan.

In a follow up tweet, the ministry stated that 18 of the patients were discharged from IDH while 31 were discharged from Onikan Isolation centre after testing negative twice to Coronavirus.

A total of 187 patients have now recovered in Lagos which has the highest number of confirmed cases in the country.
However, the State remains the epicentre of the virus in Nigeria with 844 cases out of a total of 1532 across the country.
