Just In: Lagos Discharges Four Coronavirus Patients
Babajide Sanwo-Olu, governor of Lagos state has said four COVID-19 patients have been discharged from isolation facilities in the state.
The Governor broke the news in a series of tweet on Saturday afternoon.
According to his tweet, two of the patients were discharged from the Infectious Disease Hospital (IDH) Yaba and 2 others from Onikan Isolation Centre.
Dear Lagosians,
Today, 4 more persons; 3 males and 1 female were discharged to join the society.
The patients; 2 from the Infectious Disease Hospital, Yaba and 2 others from Onikan Isolation Centre have fully recovered and tested negative twice consecutively to #COVID19

The Governor also revealed that with the newly discharged patients, there are now a total of 94 recovered and discharged Coronavirus patients in the state.

He restated the government’s effort to contain the spread of the disease and asked all residents to stay at home and follow health guidelines.
Meanwhile, Lagos state earlier today announced the death of three Coronavirus patients.
Commissioner for Health in the state, Akin Abayomi, made this known in a series of tweets while confirming 32 new Coronavirus cases earlier reported by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC).
He stated that victims were two males and a female, two of which had underlying health issues.
