Just In: Lagos Records Death Of Another Coronavirus Patient
Akin Abayomi, commissioner for health in Lagos state, has announced the death of another COVID-19 patient in the state.
He made the announcement via Twitter on Saturday morning, adding that the patient died in a private facility.
We are however saddened by the death of another patient from #COVID19 related complications in a private hospital in Lagos.

With the announcement, four COVID-19 deaths have been recorded in Lagos and eight across the country.
It would be recalled that on April 5, Professor Abayomi, had confirmed the death of a Coronavirus patient via an official tweet.
The commissioner’s tweet said the victim was a 36-year-old male, who died at a private facility in Lagos on April 4.
Meanwhile, total Coronavirus infection toll in Nigeria now 305 as Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) confirmed 17 new cases on Friday night.
