Just In: NCDC Announces 204 New Coronavirus Cases, 80 In Kano
Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has on Thursday night reported 204 new Coronavirus cases.
The centre in its daily COVID-19 report announced this in a tweet, stating that;

Kano recording 80 new cases is the first time any state in Nigeria will surpass daily cases recorded in Lagos – the epicentre of the virus in the country.

As at Thursday night, Nigeria had recorded 1728 cases, 307 discharged patients and 51 deaths.
With the new cases, there are now a total of 1932 Coronavirus cases, 319 discharged and 58 deaths in Nigeria.
Meanwhile, Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has announced that the 18th COVID-19 testing lab has been activated at Bayero University, Kano.
According to a tweet from NCDC earlier today, the new lab is the second test laboratory to be activated in the state.
