Lagos Coronavirus Toll Hits 214 As NCDC Records 11 New Cases
Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has reported 11 new Coronavirus cases in Lagos.
This comes barely two hours after the centre announced 19 new infections on Tuesday night – 14 cases in Lagos state, 2 in FCT and one case each in Kano, Akwa Ibom and Edo.
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) made this new report known at 11pm on its Twitter handle.

NCDC in a follow up tweet reported that there are now 373 Coronavirus cases, 99 discharged and 11 deaths across the country.
With this new report, cases in Lagos has now spiked to 214.

Total Coronavirus toll in Nigeria on Monday night was 343 after Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) confirmed 20 new cases.
Meanwhile, Lagos state government on Tuesday discharged eight COVID-19 patients who received treatment at the Infectious Disease Hospital (IDH) in Yaba.
Babajide Sanwo-Olu, governor of the state, who broke the news said the patients; two females and six male were discharged after full recovery.
This brings the total number of discharged cases in Lagos to 69.
