As at press time, there are 158 Coronavirus cases in Lagos.
Meanwhile, the Lagos state Commissioner for Health, Professor Akin Abayomi has on Thursday warned that the corpse of a COVID-19 patient is still very much infectious even after death.
The commissioner said this during an inter-ministerial media update on covid-19.
He explained that the Coronavirus is still active in the corpse, hence the reason there are procedures by the Ministry of health before such bodies are handed over to the families.
