President Muhammadu Buhari’s chief of staff, Abba Kyari, whose death was reported on Saturday has been buried in Abuja.
He was interred at Gudu cemetery, Abuja on Saturday morning, April 18 according to Islamic rites with numerous family members and friends present.
President Muhammadu Buhari was however not present for the burial procession.
Kyari died on Friday at a private hospital in Lagos, about four weeks after he was confirmed positive for COVID-19 after he returned from a trip in Germany, Premium Times reports.
