Breaking: NCDC Confirms 276 New Coronavirus Cases, 161 In Lagos
Nigeria Centre for Disease Control has confirmed 276 new COVID-19 cases, bringing the total confirmed infections to 8,344.
The health agency in a tweet via its official handle confirmed the new figures on Tuesday night.
It stated;

16 additional deaths bring the total death toll to 249 since the first case of the virus was reported on February 27.
The number of recoveries have increased from 2,311 confirmed on Monday night to 2,385 as at today.
Also, according to NCDC’s situation report, total samples tested nationwide have increased from 45,683 to 46,803 as at May 25th.
Meanwhile, the NCDC has announced the inclusion of the 27th and 28th molecular laboratory coronavirus centre in the country.
The laboratories are located at Afriglobal Medicare Lab, Ogun and Sahel Centre for Molecular Diagnostics & Research, Katsina.
It also stated that two other centers are in progress.
