Three Dubai Returnees Test Positive For COVID-19
Three Nigerians recently evacuated from Dubai have tested positive for coronavirus, it emerged on Sunday morning.
On May 6, 256 Nigerians were repatriated to Nigeria due to the global coronavirus pandemic.
Professor Akin Abayomi, the Lagos state Commissioner for Health, in a tweet shared on Sunday May 17, said three of the evacuees tested positive for the novel virus.

The Commissioner also urged Lagos residents, particularly returnees to cooperate with Coronavirus response.
I again urge Lagos residents and particularly those who recently returned to the country to cooperate with our #COVID19 response team as may be desirable at all times and in all circumstances.

This comes few days after Professor Abayomi announced that one of the Dubai returnee died in an isolation facility in the state but not from coronavirus.
