Breaking: NCDC Confirms 661 New Coronavirus Cases, 230 In Lagos
Nigeria Centre for Disease Control has confirmed 661 new cases of coronavirus and 137 recoveries on Saturday night.
According to the centre’s latest data posted on Twitter;

It would be recalled that on Friday, the country’s total coronavirus exceeded the 19,000 mark having 19,147 cases with 6581 discharged patients and 487 causalities.
With the new toll, there are now 19,808 total cases, 6718 recoveries and 506 death cases across the country.
Meanwhile, total samples tested nationwide have moved from 108,548 to 111,052 as at June 19th, according to NCDC’s situation report.
In other news, six members of the Gombe state house of Assembly, who had earlier tested positive to the COVID-19 virus have now recovered.
The six members, led by the speaker Abubakar Kurba, announced this in a press briefing on Friday.
They also appreciated the medical team from the state task force on COVID-19 while stating they would do more for the health sector in Gombe state.
