Seyitan Babatayo, a lady who accused musician, Oladapo Oyebanjo better known as D’Banj, of rape has written a letter to the police withdrawing her petition.

This happened just as the police said it has been unable to establish a case of rape against the musician, Punch reports.

It would be recalled that the lady in June accused the award-winning entertainer of raping her in a hotel room on December 30, 2018.
