Breaking: NCDC Confirms 664 New Coronavirus Cases, 308 Recoveries
Nigeria Centre for Disease Control has confirmed 664 new cases of coronavirus and 308 recoveries on Saturday.
According to the centre’s latest data posted on Twitter;

On Friday, the country’s total coronavirus exceeded the 31,000 mark having 31,323 cases with 12,795 discharged patients and 709 causalities.
However, with the new toll, there are now 31,987 total cases, 13,103 recoveries and 724 death cases across the country.
Meanwhile, according to NCDC’s situation report, overall samples tested nationwide have increased from 175,655 to 178,265 as at July 10.
In other news, some aides of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Minister Muhammad Bello have tested positive for COVID-19.
As part of precautionary measures to curb the spread of the pandemic, those affected, according to Bello have been taken to isolation centers across the nation’s capital.
The minister did not reveal the number of those affected.
His tweet reads;
As part of routine precautionary measures, I subjected myself & all persons in my office & official residence to the COVID19 test
While the results returned negative for me & many others, a few people however, tested positive.
