Nigerian-American YouTuber Jackie Aina Under Fire For ‘Cyberbullying’ Jennifer Lopez By Posting Distorted Photo Of Singer
Nigerian-American beauty YouTuber and makeup artist, Jackie Aina has come under heavy censure on Twitter for allegedly ‘cyberbullying’ singer Jennifer Lopez by posting a distorted version of her photo.
The drama began when Lopez also known as JLo tweeted a photo of herself with the caption; “Baby hairs and moñitos”.

About an hour later, the YouTuber posted same photo of JLo but an edited version, showing a red curtain covering the forehead of the singer.

Aina in a follow up tweet tagged the designer of the edited photo;
artwork by my sister @f0lake 🤎 this could be your next collectors item art piece! please RT 🙏🏾

The edited version of JLo’s photo has since sparked angry reactions from many Twitter users, especially Nigerians calling out Aina for ‘cyberbullying’ the award-winning singer and for being a racist with double standards.
Aina is known for advocating against racism towards African Americans, visibility of people of color in the cosmetic industry and other industries.

If someone did the same thing to Jackie Aina
We will see threads about how black women are constantly bullied
And colorism this and that
What she did to Jlo was disrespectful as fuck

I’m a Jackie Aina stan but going all the way to edit J-Lo’s picture was uncalled for. You can’t say you hate being bullied as a black woman and go ahead to do the same. There’s no outrage because it’s a white woman. It’s totally wrong. And unfair.

Weeks back Jackie Aina made a video about how she hated when people commented on her body marks, yesterday she edited a harmless photo Jlo posted just to make fun of her, I thought it was extremely low and disappointing ngl.

You guys notice how it’s Twitter NG dragging Jackie Aina? Notice how Black American Twitter is either quiet or laughing under her disgusting tweet?
— Forehead for three🍭✨ (@Bubee_O) July 17, 2020
Apparently Jackie Aina feeling entitled because of baby hairs that she had to make a caricature of J. Lo
So much for women empowerment pic.twitter.com/2jrPgbCxEo

Jlo tweeted a photo of herself with her baby hair and black women including Jackie Aina are bullying her?
This confirms everything people have been saying “Blacks are more racist than Whites”— Arsenal guy (@arsenalguyy) July 17, 2020
Jackie Aina was just disrespectful AF to J.Lo. Unprovoked unnecessary disrespect. Very trashy behavior.

Jackie A*na bullied JLO with that edit and someone said “Jackie Aina is apologetically straightforward 😂😭”. I hate Stan/Fav Twitter.

Is it not someone’s hair that is on Jackie Aina’s head?? Like that was uncalled for. I don’t see anything wrong in what J.Lo did. Like it’s her hair. If it was a black woman they did it to, they would say it’s bullying
— 🦋 Petite size model💅🏼🤰🏻 (@Prettyassfuck_) July 17, 2020
So baby hair is for black people only? Someone even said JLo went out of line. 🤡
This thing of saying people of another race can’t do what they love from another is such a daft take.
Plus, Jackie Aina was wrong.

If you find Jackie Aina’s tweet on JLo funny, You’re a complete retard. Black, white or whichever race you belong to.
— (@TzOlawale) July 17, 2020
Jackie Aina was legit making fun of J.Lo’s edges and even went far as editing the picture and posting it but she’s still the same person that recorded a video saying she detests unsolicited opinions about her appearance. Okay now!
— Princess. (@ndukaprincess_) July 17, 2020
When they troll Jackie Aina she’d come here and be crying and making threads about how she gets comments like this everyday. But someone like that can go and bully someone else. Isn’t it funny? The hypocrisy STINKS.
— SHE – MONEY MAGNET (@PoshAgabi) July 17, 2020
In a time period where we are really beginning to educate the masses about why black lives matter, Jackie Aina has decided to set the conversation back a few years with some ignorant and insensitive joke.
Think before you tweet folks.

I just imagined the buzzwords that would fly if someone bullied Jackie Aina the way she’s doing
— H (@Hxgo__) July 17, 2020
Jackie Aina should maintain the same energy if it’s done to her.
