288 Nigerians Return From UAE, Total Now 2,641
288 Nigerians stranded in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) due to the coronavirus pandemic have returned home.
The Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NiDCOM) announcing via Twitter on Monday, said the evacuees arrived at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport.
This brings the number of evacuees from the UAE to a total of 2,641.

The returnees, who tested negative for Covid-19 before departure, are expected to self-isolate for 14 days according to the protocol of the Presidential Task Force (PTF) on Covid-19 and the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC).
They are also expected to take another Covid-19 test before rejoining society.
They all tested Negative to #COVID__19 and are now on a 14-day SELF-ISOLATION as mandated by @NCDCgov, @Fmohnigeria, and Presidential Task Force on #COVID-19.@NigeriaGov.
