331 Nigerians Return From UAE, Total Evacuees Now 2042
Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NiDCOM) has announced the arrival of 331 Nigerians evacuated from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Announcing via Twitter on Friday, NiDCOM stated that the evacuees arrived at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport at 2:24 pm.
This brings the number of evacuees from the UAE to a total of 2,042.

The returnees, who tested negative for Covid-19 before departure, are expected to self-isolate for 14 days according to the protocol of the Presidential Task Force (PTF) on Covid-19 and the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC).
They are also expected to take another Covid-19 test before rejoining society.
