Gunmen Kill Soldier During Attack On Commercial Bus In Enugu (photos)

A military officer has been killed along the Enugu-Makurdi highway at about 11.30pm on Friday, August 7.

According to SaharaReporters, the officer identified as Sergeant Bulama Aji, was serving at 3 Division of the Nigerian Army, Jos, Plateau State was traveling to Jos.

The gunmen reportedly opened fire on Aji, who was dressed in mufti, after he identified himself as a soldier when the bus was stopped by the attackers. He reportedly died on the spot.
