Big Brother Naija 2019 winner, Mercy Eke has said she has no time to watch the ongoing 2020 reality TV show as she is too busy with her career.
Eke said this response to fans who she said have been pestering her to endorse one of the housemates in the present season, just like many other celebrities have done.

Speaking during a live video on her Instagram page, Eke also known as Lambo or Queen Highlight said she is too busy making money and enjoying her life to have time to watch the new season of the show.
According to her, the reality TV show is just a game, therefore people should move on with their lives and focus on other things.
Eke spoke;
I’m too busy doing things I love, I’m too busy enjoying myself, I’m too busy getting my things done to stay at home like you and do whatever you like. And you can’t force them on me.
I still don’t know these people, I still don’t know them, so when I have time, I’ll do what I want to do, but don’t try to force me, don’t try to make me see. You can’t force me to like you.
Are you mad? I still don’t know them. When I do, you will know. I have been doing me. I won and I am out. I am facing real life. I have other things I’m doing.
Mercy Eke emerged the 2019 winner of BBNaija Pepper Dem edition and also the first female ever to win since the show began over a decade ago.
After spending a total of 99 days in Big Brother Naija house, she won herself the grand prize of N60 million and she has since bagged a number of endorsement deals.

Her comment about the show has however sparked varying reactions from many Nigerians on social media.
Some people have criticised her for being ungrateful for the platform that brought her to limelight, others feel differently, saying she is entitled to her opinion and what she uses her time for.
