296 Nigerians have arrived at the Nnamdi Azikwe International Airport in Abuja from the United Kingdom.
Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NiDCOM) announced this via its official Twitter page on Saturday, August 15.
NiDCOM stated that evacuees flew in from the Gatwick Airport in London via an Air Peace flight operated by Air Europa with Flight No AEA962.

The Commission added that the evacuees will now proceed on a 14-day self-isolation as mandated by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) and the Presidential Task Force (PTF) on COVID-19.
