Two people have been confirmed dead and one severely injured after a helicopter crashed into a residential building at Opebi area of Lagos State.
One person was, however, rescued alive from the wreckage of the helicopter owned by Quorum Aviation but the victim is severely injured.
It was gathered that the copter dropped from the sky around 12 noon at the Salvation Bus Stop in Opebi.
Public Relations Officer of the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency, Nosa Okunbor, confirmed the incident saying;
The helicopter crashed in Opebi around 12pm. The helicopter was carrying three people, one is in the intensive care unit at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital while the other two were killed on impact and there bodies has been deposited in mortuary.
