Graphic: Photos Of Soldiers, Policemen, CJTF Operatives Killed, Injured In Boko Haram Attack On Borno Governor’s Convoy
Photos of some security personnel who were killed and injured after Boko Haram ambushed the convoy of Borno State Governor, Babagana Zulum, on Friday, September 25 have been released.
MDB reported that about 30 security personnel attached to the convoy of Governor Zulum were killed during the attack.

The affected security personnel include 12 policemen, five soldiers, four members of a government-backed militia and nine civilians.
The attacked officials, according to sources familiar with the attack, were heading to Baga town ahead of government’s planned return of internally displaced persons (IDPs) from Maiduguri to the camps.
In latest development, a Commander of the Civilian JTF, Muazu Alhaji Misiya has on Sunday, September 27, posted photos of the security operatives killed and wounded in the attack.
Sharing the photos on Facebook, he wrote; “Fallen heroes. Rest in peace”.
The attack is the second attack on the governor’s convoy in three months around same location – Baga town.
