NCDC Announces 136 New COVID-19 Cases, 173 Recoveries, 5 Casualties
Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has announced 136 new cases of the coronavirus infection, 173 recoveries and 5 deaths in the country.
The announcement was made via the agency’s official twitter handle on Monday night, September 28.

It would be recalled that as at Sunday night, Nigeria recorded 58,198 coronavirus cases, 49,722 discharged and 1,106 deaths.
With the newly recorded infections, there are now 58,460 total cases, 49,895 discharged and 1,111 fatalities across the country.
Also, overall samples tested nationwide, have grown from 505,556 to 507,006 according to NCDC‘s September 27 situation report.
